Membership Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Consultant located in Gurgaon. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting fitness programs. Daily tasks include conducting tours of the facility, enrolling new members, following up with potential clients, and assisting with membership inquiries. Additionally, the Membership Consultant will play a key role in achieving membership sales targets and ensuring member satisfaction.
