Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for generating and managing membership sales. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves meeting with potential members, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable membership plans. The Membership Consultant will also be expected to stay updated on Reset offerings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Membership Sales and knowledge of Membership procedures
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
