Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales and Revenue Growth professional at apna.co, your primary responsibility will be to drive membership sales and revenue growth for the club. You will be tasked with generating new membership sales through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and successful conversion of leads into sales. Achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets will be crucial in contributing to the overall sales performance of the club. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fitness First services such as personal training, group fitness, and membership upgrades. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new membership sales through prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of leads into sales. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to enhance the overall sales performance. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fitness First services, including personal training, group fitness, and membership upgrades. - Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting. - Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospective members. - Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals. - Results-driven approach, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,
