Medical Sales Representative

We are building a platform that unifies veterinarians, groomers, trainers, walkers, boarders, and other pet service providers. As part of our offering, we provide tools that help clinics and service providers manage appointments, customers, payments, and operations more efficiently.

We are now looking for a Medical Field Sales Executive to visit veterinary clinics, grooming centres, training institutes, and other pet service providers and introduce them to our platform. Candidates with experience as Medical Representatives, Diagnostics Sales Executives, or Pet Industry Field Sales reps are highly preferred.

Role Profile: Medical Field Sales Executive - Veterinary Clinics

Job Location: Pune, India

You'll be Responsible for:

• Visit veterinary clinics, grooming centres, trainers, and other pet service providers in your assigned area and build strong working relationships.
• Introduce our platform and clearly explain how it helps clinics manage their appointments, customers, and daily operations.
• Give basic product walk-throughs and demos (training will be provided) and adjust your pitch based on each clinics needs.
• Identify good potential leads, follow up regularly, and convert them through a friendly and consultative approach.
• Handle questions and objections confidently and help partners understand the value of the platform.
• Keep daily visit records, update lead details, and maintain your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Share feedback and on-ground insights from clinics with the product and leadership teams.
• Work with marketing to improve lead generation efforts and sales communication.
• Track your KPIs, monitor your pipeline, and report your progress to the leadership team.
• Support the development of the sales team and help guide new members as the company grows.

Skills & Requirements:

• Should be comfortable speaking in English, Hindi & Marathi
• 2–5 years of field sales experience.
• Experience as a Medical Representative, Diagnostics sales, Pharma sales, or Pet nutrition/equipment sales is ideal.
• Comfortable with daily clinic/field visits.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Keen to learn technology and grow into a SaaS role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
