JD For Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (B2C) to spearhead growth initiatives, expand our consumer base, and drive sustainable revenue. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, improving customer acquisition strategies, forming strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand presence through organic and collaborative efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in B2C channels. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and untapped consumer segments. • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align promotional activities, product positioning, and brand messaging. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies. • Create and manage campaigns focused on organic lead generation, community growth, and brand engagement. • Track and report on key metrics like CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and ROI to assess business impact. • Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, customer support, and marketing to improve the customer journey. • Explore and negotiate potential partnerships, affiliate programs, and distribution deals that enhance consumer reach. Key Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth marketing in a B2C environment. • Proven track record of driving growth in a consumer-focused business. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Experience with tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and marketing automation platforms.
