Role Summary: The Medical Representative (MR) is responsible for promoting company products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring market penetration in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Marketing Promote and demonstrate company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Implement sales strategies and marketing activities in the assigned territory. Conduct regular market visits to meet customers and generate business. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key decision-makers. Provide product knowledge, samples, and marketing materials to healthcare professionals. Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Territory Management Plan daily field activities, doctor calls, and chemist visits. Identify new business opportunities and coverage expansion. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. 4. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily call reports (DCR), competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and feedback. Update CRM or sales tracking tools as per company guidelines. 5. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor products, pricing, and activities. Provide market feedback to the marketing and product team.
