As a Senior Sales Manager at Pharma One in Coimbatore, your role will involve leading and scaling sales operations in the region. You will be required to develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives, drive revenue targets, identify high-potential markets, and strengthen market penetration and brand positioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, executing, and monitoring regional sales strategies - Driving achievement of revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Identifying and capitalizing on high-potential markets, products, and customer segments - Strengthening market penetration and brand positioning You will also be responsible for: - Leading, mentoring, and managing the regional sales team - Setting clear KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing corrective action plans - Planning and delivering ongoing training, coaching, and development programs - Fostering a results-oriented and ethical sales culture Additionally, you will be expected to: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Oversee negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term commercial agreements - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention In this role, you will need: - 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with exposure to senior or managerial roles - Strong understanding of pharma products, distribution channels, and regional market dynamics - Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving aggressive sales targets - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills - Willingness to travel extensively within the region Please note: This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore with an on-site work location.
