Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Medical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends. Day-to-day tasks include identifying opportunities for business growth, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical device sales or Pharmaceutical sales is must
• Medical Sales and Sales skills
• Sales Management and Sales Effectiveness skills
• Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategy development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
