Key Responsibilities

Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures as per medical protocols.
Prepare, collect, and process biological samples (blood, tissue, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of lab reports and ensure timely delivery to doctors.
Calibrate, operate, and maintain lab equipment and instruments.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the lab.
Support doctors and medical staff during diagnostic procedures and OT (where required).
Manage inventory of lab supplies and request replenishment when needed.
Adhere to QHT Clinic’s quality standards and maintain confidentiality of patient data.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
1–3 years of relevant experience in clinical / diagnostic laboratory.
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, infection control, and waste management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment.
