Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Media Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for driving media sales operations, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating deals, coordinating with internal teams to deliver client solutions, and monitoring market trends. Additionally, the Media Sales Manager will work to achieve revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Experience in media sales, business development, and account management
• Strong skills in negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic thinking
• Proficiency in market research, sales forecasting, and revenue generation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferable)
• Prior experience in media or advertising sales is a strong advantage
