Please note: This role would demand you to work under EST (Eastern Standard Time) as it's a US based project.
Media responsibilities
1. Lead media strategy and planning, design campaign architectures, channel mix and measurement frameworks to deliver ROAS- and KPI-driven performance.
2. Create scalable ways of working, processes, tools and reporting standards to ensure consistent execution and optimization.
3. Hire, mentor and grow a high-performing team of planners, buyers and analysts; enable strong collaboration with creative, analytics and client servicing.
4. Act as the client-facing leader: translate business goals into media plans, present results and roadmaps, and drive continual improvement against targets.
5. Champion best-in-class, innovative media practices - drive experimentation, adopt new ad tech, develop proprietary playbooks and partnerships to keep the practice ahead of market trends.
Project management responsibilities
1. Efficiently create and manage project workflows from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed within specified timelines and budgets.
2. Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to track progress, and provide feedback for proactive problem-solving.
3. Support the implementation of a robust system to track assignments and monitor their progress, facilitating transparency and accountability within the team.
4. Study and apply learnings from analysis & research available with client and strategy teams to improve product/industry knowledge and optimize the delivery process.
Media
1. Certification in Google & Meta are must.
2. Hands-on expertise with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, SA360 platform and analytics dashboards.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
4. Excellent communication and client management abilities.
5. Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.
PM
1. 6-7.5 years of industry experience and prior experience in managing a team will be preferred.
2. Previous experience in traffic management, project coordination, or a similar role in a digital agency is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of the digital industry. Required knowledge of social media and media amplification platforms. Understanding of the technicality of production processes involved is a plus.
4. Familiarity with project management software and digital platforms with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and Problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions.
