Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    end-to-end operational execution

    of media campaigns across traditional platforms including

    TV, Print, Radio, OOH, and Cinema

    , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with media planners and buyers

    to process release orders, secure media space, and ensure smooth workflow between internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor campaign schedules

    to ensure timely placement of creatives, adherence to agreed timelines, and delivery of planned media spots as per client requirements.
  • Track, verify, and

    reconcile campaign insertions and vendor commitments

    to ensure error-free execution and billing accuracy.
  • Maintain and update

    campaign performance trackers, release logs, and media grids

    to ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.
  • Follow up with vendors and media houses

    for confirmations, ad proofs, and post-campaign documentation, ensuring all commitments are met.
  • Support the

    finance and billing teams

    by ensuring timely submission of vendor bills and assisting with verification for media settlements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

    resolve discrepancies or last-minute changes

    in media schedules or creatives.
  • Assist in preparing

    MIS reports, campaign summaries, and performance documentation

    for internal and client reporting.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience

    in media operations, coordination, or media buying support (preferably within a media or advertising agency).
  • Strong

    organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills

    with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent

    attention to detail

    , with a focus on accuracy in data, schedules, and documentation.
  • Proficient in

    MS Excel

    , Google Sheets, and basic media reporting tools.
  • Good

    communication and vendor management skills

    with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and maintain a

    structured approach to execution and follow-ups
