Media Manager

Role Overview

The Media Manager will be responsible for managing SmileGuard’s brand presence across digital and offline platforms, handling content creation, designing campaigns, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring that SmileGuard’s media communication aligns with its vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Media & Branding

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor trends and analytics to optimize campaigns for engagement and lead generation.
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Maintain brand consistency in all visual and written communication.

2. Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop creative posts, blogs, reels, newsletters, and presentations to support awareness campaigns.

3. Campaigns & Public Relations

• Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns for school dental camps, corporate tie-ups, and clinic promotions.
• Build media relations with local press, influencers, and healthcare networks.
• Handle SmileGuard’s event coverage (photography, videography, live updates).

4. Internal Coordination

• Work with sales, operations, and design teams to align communication strategies.
• Ensure marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) are updated and distributed.
• Support HR in employer branding initiatives.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track performance of campaigns and prepare monthly reports.
• Provide data-driven insights for media and marketing growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or media handling.
• Strong communication (verbal & written), creative thinking, and design sense.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and online advertising platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with design and video teams for impactful storytelling.
• Draft media copies, press releases, and digital creatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
