Media Manager

As a PR/Media Strategist for residential and commercial projects, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR/media strategies to promote projects. Your key responsibilities will include handling newspaper advertisements, organizing press conferences, coordinating media tours and events, managing outdoor media campaigns, and overseeing the company's digital presence on various platforms. You will collaborate with vendors for the design, printing, and installation of promotional materials, ensuring visibility at strategic locations. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating content for brochures, flyers, emailers, video campaigns, and investor presentations. It will be crucial to liaise with advertising agencies, creative teams, and media houses to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns. Tracking the performance of both online and offline media campaigns and generating reports on their effectiveness and ROI will be part of your routine tasks. You will also need to stay updated with market trends, analyze competitors" campaigns, and monitor audience behavior in the real estate sector to optimize strategies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field. Ideally, you should possess at least 4-7 years of proven experience in PR, preferably within the construction or real estate industry. A strong network of media contacts in real estate, business, and lifestyle sectors is essential, along with excellent communication, writing, and public speaking skills.
