Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Subscription Growth Actively promote SmileGuards preventive care plans to clinics, corporates and direct customers. Clearly communicate cost benefits preventive care reduces long-term treatment expenses and ensures overall oral health. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription targets with measurable growth. Conduct presentations, demos, and awareness sessions for clinics, HR teams and customers. Handle inquiries, provide product knowledge and guide clients through the enrollment process. 2. Partnership Development Onboard dental clinics and train them to integrate SmileGuard plans into their patient offerings. Collaborate with HR teams of corporates to establish employee wellness tie-ups. Build long-term relationships with dentists, clinic managers and corporate decision-makers to ensure consistent business. Negotiate and finalize partnerships, ensuring win-win outcomes. 3. Market Expansion & Strategy Identify new opportunities in B2B (clinics/corporates) and B2C (direct customers) channels. Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to strengthen sales strategy. Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, awareness drives, and events for brand visibility. Provide feedback to product and operations teams to enhance package design and customer experience. 4. Leadership & Reporting Mentor junior sales executives and guide them in lead conversion. Maintain detailed records of leads, sales pipeline, and closures in CRM tools/spreadsheets. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management. Contribute to strategic planning for long-term revenue growth. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field. 3+ years of experience in sales/business development , preferably in healthcare, insurance, or corporate wellness. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with both individual customers and business partners. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
