Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Media & PR Manager with 5-8 years of experience to manage strategic media investment and build strong brand presence through earned media. The role involves negotiating, planning, and executing media buys across traditional and digital platforms, while simultaneously developing impactful PR strategies that enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Media Buying

• Plan, negotiate, and execute media buying across TV, print, radio & OOH
• Analyze target audiences, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize media spends.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI on campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with media vendors, agencies, and platforms for cost-effective deals.
• Monitor and evaluate media performance, providing reports and insights for future campaigns.

Public Relations (PR)

• Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media events.
• Monitor media coverage and ensure timely crisis communication when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, & content) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field or MBA
• Proven 3–6 years’ experience in media buying, media planning, or PR (agency or brand side).
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong network of media contacts is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
