- Creative Content: Plan, design, and execute all creative requirements including reels, posts, videos, and graphics that align with the brand identity.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) with engaging and consistent content.
- Ad Creatives & Performance Marketing: Craft compelling ad creatives and persuasive copies for paid campaigns, collaborating closely with the performance marketing team to maximize ROI and conversions.
- App UI/UX: Lead the design of the customer-facing mobile app, ensuring intuitive usability, visual consistency, and world-class aesthetics.
- Chatbot UX: Improve the end-to-end user experience of the WhatsApp chatbot by refining conversational flows, layouts, and interaction design.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and campaigns.
