Media Buyer Manager

We are hiring a results-driven Media Buyer Manager with 5–7 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate must have worked with e-commerce fashion and apparel brands, preferably international clothing brands targeting the US marketplace. The role requires a strong focus on strategy, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns to achieve scalable growth in sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, and Shopify analytics.
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to ensure ad copies, creatives, and landing pages align with brand positioning.
• Work closely with senior management to forecast budgets and create growth strategies for the US marketplace.
• Stay updated on new features, trends, and strategies in digital advertising for fashion & apparel e-commerce.
• Mentor and guide a small team of media buyers for effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer with expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of running campaigns for e-commerce fashion/clothing & apparel brands.
• Strong experience in international markets (US marketplace preferred).
• Proficiency in analytics, tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
• Experience in budget management, scaling campaigns, and achieving high ROI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
