Who You Are:

• seasoned media buyer with 5+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce & Lead Gen advertising (non internship marketing exp)Proficient in Meta & Google Ads, among other platforms like Snapchat, linkedin, tiktok
• Experienced in managing 65L+ INR in monthly ad spend for a single brand
• A strong leader who can troubleshoot, guide, and mentor media buyers, ensuring top-tier execution
• A strategic thinker who understands the full funnel and can spot inefficiencies in campaigns
• An effective communicator with the ability to break down challenges and solutions for both internal teams and clients
• Analytically sharp, able to interpret reports and identify areas for improvement
• Creative-minded, with the ability to give direction on ad creatives, angles, and trends
• Humble and empathetic, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture
• Process-driven, able to contribute to SOPs and workflow improvements where needed

What Youll Do:

• Oversee & Support the Media Buying Team: Provide high-level strategy, ensure performance consistency, and help troubleshoot where needed
• Ensure Performance Growth: Guide the team in optimizing accounts to scale brands effectively
• Review & Provide Insights: Analyze campaign reports and identify strategic improvements
• Guide Research & Creative Strategy: Help media buyers understand audience trends, creatives, and market opportunities
• Communicate & Align Goals: Ensure smooth collaboration between media buyers, clients and creatives to maintain a seamless workflow
• Train & Develop the Team Share industry insights, best practices, and optimization strategies to keep the team sharp
• Maintain Client Relations: Join key client calls to provide high-level input, address concerns, and strategize solutions
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously refine strategies based on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry insights
• Contribute to SOPs & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflows and help develop efficient processes to enhance team performance
