Who you are: An immediate joiner 1.5 to 3 years of experience in HR roles. Proficient with HRIS and HR software such as Zoho, Slack, and G Suite. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passionate about people and committed to delivering results. Capable of shaping HR strategies and aligning them with business goals. Skilled in active listening, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations. Adept at building and nurturing relationships across various levels of the organization. What you'll do: Recruitment: Sourcing diverse talent, screening resumes, and assisting with interviews. Think of yourself as a talent detective! Onboarding: Welcoming new team members like a rockstar, ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running (figuratively, of course, we're remote!). Employee Relations: Supporting the HR associate with day-to-day enquiries and issues, keeping our crew happy and productive. Admin Magic: From maintaining employee records to processing paperwork (digitally), you'll be the wizard behind the scenes. Learning & Development: Dive into training initiatives, workshops, and even help create awesome employee engagement programs. Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial and final candidate screenings. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support the recruitment process and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience. HR Operations: Oversee attendance tracking and HRIS management.
