📢 Before Applying – Read Carefully Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Construction (Cement Plant Projects) Location: Rajasthan / PAN India Department: Project Engineering / Mechanical Works Reports To: Project Manager / Construction Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Engineer —either an experienced professional or a motivated fresher—with proven interest or experience in the cement industry . The selected candidate will be involved in key mechanical construction activities such as fabrication and erection of structural and mechanical systems , installation of heavy equipment , and commissioning of cement plant machinery . This is a dynamic opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to large-scale industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and execute the fabrication and erection of steel structures , ducts, and support platforms. · Oversee installation and alignment of major cement plant equipment (e.g., crushers, conveyors, material handling systems). · Plan and execute equipment commissioning , including dry/wet runs, load testing, and performance validation. · Interpret technical drawings, GA diagrams, and P&IDs related to cement plant layouts. · Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and HSE protocols . · Coordinate with OEMs and vendors during installation and commissioning phases. · Monitor site progress, identify issues, and take timely corrective actions. · Prepare and maintain key documentation: method statements, checklists, and progress reports. · Conduct inspections and collaborate with QA/QC teams , safety officers, and client representatives. · Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting during erection and commissioning. · Manage manpower and labor teams to ensure safe, timely, and efficient execution. Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. · Mechanical construction experience in cement plant projects is an advantage. · Good understanding of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and lifting plans . · Familiarity with safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and permit-to-work systems. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. · Proficiency in MS Office , AutoCAD, E-mail . · Strong communication skills in Hindi and English .
