Role Description:

We are seeking Environmental Test Engineers to join our dynamic testing and climatic testing laboratory. The role involves hands-on operation of advanced test systems, data acquisition, and analysis in accordance with international standards (MIL-STD, IEC, IS, etc.). This is an excellent opportunity for engineers passionate about mechanical systems, environmental simulation, and precision testing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute environmental tests such as vibration, shock, bump, drop, and climatic conditioning.
  • Operate and maintain test systems including vibration shakers, temperature/humidity chambers, and shock machines.
  • Prepare detailed test setups, instrumentation, and fixture designs.
  • Conduct tests in accordance with relevant national and international standards (MIL-STD, IEC, JSS, IS, etc.).
  • Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare technical test reports.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with test specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain laboratory documentation as per NABL quality procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with

    vibration controllers and environmental chambers

    .


Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / (or related field).
  • 1–4 years of experience in vibration, shock, or climatic testing (fresh graduates with relevant project exposure may also apply).
  • Working knowledge of data acquisition systems, sensors (accelerometers, thermocouples, etc.), and control software.
  • Strong understanding of test methodologies, reliability concepts, and quality systems.
  • Familiarity with NABL / ISO 17025 documentation will be an added advantage.
