About the Role:

Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in concept design, planning, development, and execution stages of new products.

• Analyze design requirements and develop innovative mechanical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams Industrial Design, Electrical, Marketing, and Procurement.

• Research design options and conduct feasibility studies.

• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.

• Perform design calculations, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and material selection.

• Conduct and document design reviews, DFMEA, simulations, and verification activities.

• Prototype, test, and validate mechanical components and assemblies.

• Support production, pilot builds, and manufacturing handover.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design (Mechanical).

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years in product design & development, preferably in electro-mechanical or medical devices.

Technical Competencies:

• plastic injection molding

• GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and thermal management

• SolidWorks

• material selection, finishing processes

• medical device standards (ISO 13485, MDD)

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
