Mechanical Engineer

Position Summary:
Join our dynamic factory team as a Mechanical Engineer, where you'll be deeply involved in technical and mechanical operations on the shop floor. You'll collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure machines and systems run efficiently, reliably, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical components and systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Perform engineering calculations and basic mechanical analysis to support production and development .
• Prepare technical drawings, bills of materials, and data sheets for parts and assemblies.
• Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment and production lines.
• Monitor mechanical performance and quality control in coordination with maintenance and QA teams .
• Conduct root-cause analysis for mechanical failures and propose corrective actions .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement continuous improvement.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and oversee minor repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with factory safety protocols, mechanical standards, and documentation best practices.

Preferred Candidate:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (BE).
• 0- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with mechanical analysis, production systems, and engineering fundamentals (statics, dynamics, thermodynamics).
• Basic skills: technical drawings, BOM creation, engineering calculations.
