Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Development Engineer with stronganalytical skills and hands-on experience in Finite Element Method (FEM) andComputational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). In this role, you will be responsible for thedesign, simulation, and optimization of mechanical systems and components to supportproduct development across various stages — from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform structural and thermal analysis using FEM tools Conduct fluid flow simulations using CFD tools Support mechanical design by providing simulation-driven insights to improveperformance, durability, and manufacturability. Develop and validate simulation models using experimental data whereavailable. Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing,and testing. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicateresults to internal stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement of simulation methodologies anddevelopment processes. Participate in design reviews and risk assessments (FMEA, DFMEA). Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging simulationtechnologies.

Qualifications

 Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in mechanical product development with a strong focuson FEM and CFD. Proficiency in simulation tools such as e.g., ANSYS (Mechanical, Fluent),Abaqus, STAR-CCM+, or similar. Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks or CREO). Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, fluidmechanics, and materials science. Ability to interpret and apply engineering standards and codes. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, MATLAB) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive or ventilationequipment). Exposure to FMEA, risk analysis, and design verification processes. Experience in multiphysics simulations. Exposure to optimization techniques Familiarity with rapid prototyping Knowledge of additive manufacturing and simulation of AM parts. Experience working in an agile product development environment.
