We’re looking for passionate Mechanical Design & Validation Engineers to join our global engineering teams at Precision Edge and MicroAire world leaders in medical device design, precision manufacturing, and validation engineering.

#1. Job Title: Senior Design Engineer (3–5 years | ₹8 LPA).

Location:

What You’ll Do:

Develop 3D models and drawings in Solid Works for engineering and automation projects. Support validation documentation (plans, protocols, reports). Assist with data analysis, scrap reduction, and capability studies using Minitab/Smartsheet. Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and manage change control processes.

Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years’ experience in SolidWorks & validation documentation. Exposure to Smart sheet/statistical tools preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

#2. Job Title: Lead Engineer (8–10 years | ₹13–14 LPA)

What you’ll Do:

Must - Haves:

8–10 years’ experience (2+ in team leadership). Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks, Minitab, and validation protocols. Experience in process validation, capability analysis, and global communication. Excellent problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

#2. Job Title: Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer (8–10 years | ₹15–16 LPA)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

What You’ll Do:

Provide technical leadership in sustaining & innovation engineering. Manage complex design changes, tolerance stack-ups, and root-cause analysis. Oversee Design Verification & Validation (DV&V) and design control documentation. Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional projects aligned with U.S. operations.

Must-Haves:

8–10 years’ experience (min. 3–4 years in medical device design). Expert in SolidWorks, GD&T, and tolerance analysis. Strong understanding of FDA/ISO regulatory design standards. B1/B2 Visa preferred for U.S. collaboration.
