Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations in the ICU. Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by the attending physician. Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to collaborate on patient care plans. Manage emergency situations effectively and efficiently. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care strategies. Maintain accurate and complete medical records and documentation. Provide support to nursing staff and collaborate in patient management. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes. Stay updated on best practices and developments in critical care medicine. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs. Contribute to a positive work environment and team dynamics. Engage in continuing education and professional development activities. Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Valid medical license to practice in India. Experience working in ICU or critical care setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Excellent clinical skills and decision-making abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated proficiency in medical documentation. Compassionate patient care approach. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly. Commitment to ongoing education and training. Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance. Ability to adapt to changing clinical environments. Willingness to work flexible hours and on weekends.
