Job Title: MBA Marketing Fresher
Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai (On-site)

Crestclimber Software Solutions Private Limited is a fast-growing technology company specializing in IoT solutions, Industry 4.0, and custom software development for manufacturing and service industries. We work with clients across India to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and promote company solutions.
Support the business development team in generating leads and building client relationships.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid promotions, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Coordinate with technical teams to prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Attend client meetings, events, and networking sessions.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads regularly.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil.
Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing).
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification:

MBA in Marketing (Fresher or up to 1 year of experience).
Certification or exposure to digital marketing is a plus.
