Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for technical training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design and update instructional materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
  • Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, and feedback collection through LMS and manual processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • MBA degree (any specialization) with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging diverse learner groups.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple training programs concurrently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Advance Excel, Word) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to work on-site anywhere in India such as Bhubaneshwar , Coimbatore , Bengaluru and adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities.

Preferred

  • Prior internship or project experience in corporate training or talent development.
  • Basic understanding of networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure concepts.
