Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-8 years of experience to lead our team in integrating Maximo solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and recruitment services, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Lead the integration team in designing and implementing Maximo solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Maximo integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Maximo integrations.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and its applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an employment firm or recruitment services firm is preferred.
