Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced L&D Professional to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and develop targeted solutions.
Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in learning and development, focusing on job analysis and evaluation.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Proficient in using technology to support learning and development initiatives.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
