Job Description

Google is looking for People Consultant to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective people strategies.
Provide expert advice on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct workshops and seminars on various topics related to human resources.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Analyze data and metrics to inform people-related decisions and drive business outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
