What You’ll Do

As a Material Engineer, you will:

✔ Confirm customer production forecasts and translate them into effective production and supplier plans

✔ Manage material flow end-to-end—from raw material planning and supplier order tracking to warehouse management and finished goods shipment

✔ Ensure on-time delivery, optimized inventory levels, and seamless production support

✔ Provide material support for new product launches, including purchasing and tracking after PPAP

✔ Oversee transportation planning, cost control, and monthly reporting

✔ Manage customs declaration, inspections, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance

✔ Maintain QAD BOM setups, material data, and conduct regular inventory audits

✔ Support IOS, IATF16949, ISO45001, and ISO14001 requirements and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

✔ College degree or above, logistics-related major preferred

✔ 2+ years of experience in material or supply chain roles

✔ Strong communication skills in Chinese & English

✔ Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with MRP systems

✔ Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong team player
