Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist in managing and maintaining hotel supplies and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
  • Support the front office team in handling guest requests and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Proven experience in material management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is an advantage.
