Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned MarTech Expert/Lead to spearhead our marketing technology initiatives, manage a team, and optimize performance-driven campaigns for both our in-house and client projects. A crucial requirement is experience handling US-based clients or targeting US audiences, ensuring campaigns resonate with the right market.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Leadership:

1. Lead MarTech initiatives, aligning technology, automation, and campaign strategies to meet business and client goals.

2. Oversee the execution of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing campaigns.

3. Provide thought leadership and guidance to a small team of marketing specialists.


Campaign Management:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.

2. Manage lead generation and nurturing strategies tailored to US audiences.

3. Track and improve ROI through data-driven decisions.


MarTech & Automation:

1. Leverage HubSpot and other automation platforms to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and enhance sales/marketing alignment.

2. Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs/ESPs.

3. Implement best practices for marketing attribution, lead scoring, and conversion tracking.


Analytics & Insights:

1. Use tools like GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot Analytics, and Salesforce Reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.

2. Present actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Skills:

- 7–9 years of relevant experience in MarTech, with proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Workflow Automation.

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub)

- Proficiency in tools such as GA4, SEMrush, Pardot, Salesforce, and major ad platforms.

- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation, and nurturing methodologies.

- Experience working with US clients or campaigns targeting US markets.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable strategies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
