Role Overview: As a Junior Art Director at Toss The Coin Ltd. (TTC), a B2B marketing company based in Chennai, you will play a key role in leading creative strategies and crafting compelling branding initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring cohesive creative direction across various projects by collaborating with internal teams and clients to create visually appealing and insightful designs and campaigns that align with brand identity and business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding creatives, driving innovation, and overseeing the development and execution of art direction and graphic design elements to deliver high-quality outcomes.
