DESIGNATION: DEPUTY MANAGER -(MARKETPLACE)

TEAM: E-Commerce

COMPENSATION: UPTO 12 LPA

LOCATION: Gurgaon HO

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• To develop and deliver on the Annual Online Marketplace business plan and profitability targets for the allocated Marketplace Partners.
• Support Senior Manager – E-commerce business to create short term (monthly/quarterly) and long term (3 Year) strategies for the business.
• Liaise with marketplace partner teams to align on Annual Joint Business Plans for the CY.
• Review partner performance on a periodic basis and take steps to ensure partner delivers on their annual joint business plans.
• Effectively identify new opportunities to exponentially scale the business. Work with marketplace partner teams to align and execute strategies to grow the brand on respective platforms.
• Own and manage the e-tail lifecycle of a season i.e., timely product cataloguing and seasonal launches across various marketplaces, in-season inventory and replenishment planning and pricing with marketplaces.
• Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to plan and execute on-site marketing campaigns. Leverage on key partner events by planning marketing and merchandising activities well in advance.
• Suggest and implement product promotions and pricing strategies during EOSS and event periods.
• Work closely with backend supporting teams like Finance, Product and Supply chain to ensure marketplace performance KPIs are always up to the mark.
• Lead and close monthly and quarterly reconciliations for the vertical to ensure business health is up to mark and at par with internal audit benchmarks. Highlight reconciliation risks and create a roadmap to ensure a timely resolution.
• Develop and manage leadership reporting modules and relevant data repositories. Ensure timely submission of critical business reports on weekly/monthly basis to the leadership team.
