We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketplace Product Manager to lead the development, scaling, and optimization of our marketplace platform. This role focuses on delivering seamless experiences for both sellers and buyers while driving platform growth, third-party seller engagement, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Own
Marketplace Growth: Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for the marketplace platform, driving adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Seller Ecosystem Management: Oversee third-party seller onboarding, catalog integration, and ongoing performance management to ensure high-quality offerings.
Product Development: Lead the design and implementation of backend and mobile app features tailored for marketplace operations, including order management, logistics, and payments.
Operational Excellence: Optimize pricing strategies, promotions, fulfillment workflows, and seller support processes to enhance both seller and buyer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive and scalable marketplace solutions.
Who You Are
5–8 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace product management, preferably with exposure to large-scale consumer platforms.
Strong understanding of third-party seller ecosystems, marketplace dynamics, and platform monetization models.
Proven track record of driving product growth, operational efficiency, and seamless user experiences.
Prior experience at leading e-commerce or marketplace companies is highly preferred.
Educational background: B.Tech + MBA is a plus, but relevant experience and accomplishments take priority.
