Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and performance-focused E-Commerce / Marketplace Account Manager to manage and scale our client brands across multiple online marketplaces. The role involves overseeing day-to-day marketplace operations, driving sales growth, coordinating with internal content and design teams, and optimizing accounts based on performance data and platform best practices.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on marketplace experience, and the ability to manage multiple brands while ensuring compliance, visibility, and profitability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities of E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

  • Manage end-to-end marketplace accounts including product listings, pricing, content, offers, and promotions across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal content and design teams to ensure product titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords are SEO-optimized, conversion-focused, and marketplace-compliant.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, ACoS, ROAS, inventory health, and returns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns within marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).
  • Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithm changes, sales events, and promotional tools to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
  • Conduct competitor and category analysis to refine pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and smooth return handling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to unlock growth opportunities and resolve account-related issues efficiently.
  • Handle onboarding of new brands and expansion into additional marketplaces as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
