Telecaller – Sales & Client Coordination Location: 131B/2, Gali Number 2, Govindpuri, New Delhi – 110019 (On-site role, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Company Website: www.damodarstudio.com About Damodar Studio Damodar Studio is a professional photography studio specializing in product photography, brand shoots, and catalogue shoots . We help businesses present their products in the most appealing and market-ready form through high-quality visuals. Role Overview We are looking for a telecaller who can confidently engage with potential clients (primarily business owners), generate interest in our services, and convert leads into booked shoots. You will also be responsible for coordinating follow-ups via phone and WhatsApp . Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided lead database Clearly communicate the studio's offerings (product/brand/catalogue shoots) Build rapport with clients and understand their photography needs Share service details, pricing, and samples via WhatsApp Follow up regularly to close leads and convert them into confirmed bookings Maintain a record of calls, responses, and conversions in an organized manner Collaborate with the studio team to coordinate schedules and client requirements Requirements Prior experience in telecalling or customer interaction preferred Good communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Familiar with using WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business experience is a plus) Basic knowledge of photography services will be an advantage Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
