Role Overview: As a Marketo Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by executing and optimizing marketing automation strategies using Marketo. With 3-5 years of experience in Marketo, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, executing communications, and enhancing lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Execute Campaigns: Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and other marketing automation initiatives within Marketo. - Segmentation and Targeting: Create and manage segmentation strategies to ensure targeted delivery of campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement. - Marketing Knowledge: Demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, lead generation, and customer segmentation. - Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. - Generate Reports: Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts. - Lead Scoring and Nurturing: Develop and maintain lead scoring models and lead nurturing workflows to improve lead quality and conversion rates. - Database Management: Manage and maintain the integrity of the Marketo database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives. - Training and Support: Provide support and training to team members on Marketo functionalities and best practices as needed. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills for project management to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. - Experience with other marketing automation tools. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be beneficial. - Flexibility and responsiveness to changing goals. - Marketo Architect, Business Practitioner, or Certified Professional certifications preferred but not required.
