As a Marketo Specialist with 8-12 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Strong understanding of marketing automation, with expertise in Marketo platform administration, integration, and data management. - Proficiency in Marketo Engage, including certified skills in solution design encompassing data management, lead scoring, integrations, and campaign logic. Experience in leading Marketo projects is preferred. - Designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining the Marketo Marketing Platform. - Ability to translate requirements into feasible development goals. - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and product experiences, with a grasp of how they establish connections between brands and consumers. Your must-have skills include: - Knowledge and practical experience in programming and scripting languages, web services, web development, relational databases, and integration with REST APIs. Experience in JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, or Java is desirable. - Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce CRM, and Marketo Certified Expert certification is advantageous. - Capability to design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and automation workflows within Marketo. - Expertise in managing lead scoring, segmentation, and data cleaning processes to enhance marketing performance.,
