Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist, with a primary location in Aurangabad and the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Marketing Specialist will engage in performing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences, as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. Daily tasks will include collaborating with sales teams, supporting customer service initiatives, and managing promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and identifying market trends and opportunities.
• Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies to promote products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
