Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to execute both digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create impactful campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
