Job Overview: Hytera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives in India. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, who is looking to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, content coordination, and channel support. The candidate will work closely with regional and global teams to strengthen brand visibility and support lead generation efforts across digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones across key verticals. Campaign Ownership: Plan and deploy integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales initiatives. Channel Optimization: Drive customer acquisition through organic and paid channels including digital advertising, SEO, content creation, event marketing, social media, PR, and lead generation. Content Marketing: Create or supervise the production of valuable and engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies, and other marketing assets that resonate with target audiences. Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and media to amplify brand presence and generate demand. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual and quarterly marketing budget, ensuring efficient and strategic allocation of funds. Asset Oversight: Supervise the design, production, and approval of marketing collateral including brochures, promotional videos, digital banners, and event materials. Performance Analysis: Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI; optimize strategies based on insights and data.
