Job Title: Social Media & SEO Manager Experience Required: 3–5 Years Location: Ahmedabad Company: Finstreets.AI About the Role We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media & SEO Manager who can take full ownership of our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads. You should be experienced in content creation, performance marketing, SEO strategy, and social platform management. You will work closely with our design, product, and sales teams to align marketing with business goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website traffic and rankings Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and manage budgets and performance Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign creatives Manage online reputation, respond to comments, DMs, and reviews Grow follower base and improve brand visibility and credibility Identify growth opportunities through influencer marketing or partnerships Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns across social and search platforms Excellent copywriting and content planning skills Good eye for design and ability to guide design teams Strong communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns Preferred but Not Mandatory Experience in email marketing tools like Mailchimp or ConvertKit Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for SEO purposes Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus Show more Show less
