Your Mission

Turn complex energy work into clear stories and repeatable growth. You’ll own projects end-to-end, specialise in one track, and help build a modern ESCO brand. 


Pick your primary track (declare in application):

  • Track A — Content & Sales Enablement (70%)

    ; Social/Video (30%) 
  • Track B — Video & Social Growth (70%)

    ; Content/Enablement (30%) 


What you’ll do

  • Write & ship case studies, blogs, on-brand captions. 
  • Build sales collateral in PowerPoint and Canva (decks, proposals) 
  • Turn stories into short videos (script + manage editors) 
  • Publish on WordPress; run basic email campaigns in Zoho Campaigns. 
  • Use AI tools responsibly to draft faster, then edit for tone and accuracy. 


Must-haves

  • Previous B2B marketing or sales experience
  • Curiosity about energy efficiency; bias for action. 
  • Excellent English; conversational Hindi.
  • Refined design eye; strong PowerPoint + Canva skills.
  • Strong copy editing + brand-tone enforcement.
  • LinkedIn management familiarity; Zoho Suite basics.
  • User-centred way of thinking


Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on video editing 
  • Energy domain exposure (ESCOs, energy efficiency, engineering) 


What success looks like in 90 days

  • 2 published case studies (web + LinkedIn carousel) and 4–6 short videos shipped. 
  • A refreshed sales deck pack in PowerPoint 
  • A live LinkedIn calendar and one Zoho newsletter sent. 
  • Simple weekly reporting (what shipped, what moved). 


Not for you if…

  • You wait for instructions instead of taking ownership end-to-end. 
  • You avoid learning new tools/AI or fact-checking technical content 
  • You prefer working in silos over collaborating with sales, engineers, and designers. 
  • Tight timelines and context-switching make you uncomfortable.
  • You struggle to turn messy inputs into clean narratives. 


Interview process (what to expect)

  1. HR screening call 
  2. Marketing Head portfolio chat + short take-home (max 4 hrs) 
  3. Final round with CEO or CTO
