Job description:- - Must have ability to manage Marketing and Lead generation function. - Ability to identify personas based on the service offerings. - Guide Marketing/Lead generation team in generating leads particularly from USA region. - Ability to converse with USA prospects about various services offered by the company. - Must have good networking skills. - Must have prior experience in selling software services or Software as a service to USA-based Mid-size / Large Enterprises. - Must be conversant with USA market and should be able to travel independently at a certain frequency. - Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Understanding of B2B sales strategies and diverse buyer personas. - Expertise in attending industry events, building professional networks, and nurturing client relationships. - Experience in demand generation, meticulous pipeline management, and successful deal closures. - Maintain sales records and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
