Marketing Research Manager

As a Product Marketing & Research Manager at our company, located in Sector 63, Noida, you will be responsible for leading product strategy, conducting market research, and executing go-to-market plans for our electronics product line. You should have a strong background in product management, customer research, and marketing strategy within the electronics industry. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You will work closely with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and develop go-to-market strategies for product launches. Crafting product messaging for both B2B and B2C audiences, creating marketing collateral, and analyzing campaign performance will also be part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and support is essential to ensure brand consistency across all product communications. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred) and possess 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or market research in the electronics industry. A strong understanding of electronics products, customer behavior, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and survey platforms are required. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential for success in this role. Preferred skills include experience with consumer electronics, IoT, or electronic components, familiarity with agile product development and UX research, knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing platforms, and the ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
