Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the timely delivery of projects that enhance pipeline growth and brand visibility. You will be managing end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, events, webinars, and paid advertising. It will be your duty to own project plans, timelines, and deliverables for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and meeting deadlines. Collaboration with demand generation, product marketing, and design teams will be crucial to deliver high-quality assets and campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with sales and SDR teams to ensure seamless campaign handoffs and lead flows. Tracking, measuring, and reporting performance metrics of campaigns and projects will be vital to identify gaps and opportunities. Managing external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when necessary and ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints will also be part of your role. Continuous refinement of processes, templates, and workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability will be expected. Key Responsibilities: - Drive execution of marketing campaigns and coordinate cross-functional initiatives - Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels - Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables for marketing initiatives - Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and design teams - Coordinate with sales and SDR teams for seamless campaign handoffs and lead flows - Track, measure, and report performance metrics of campaigns and projects - Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers - Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints - Continuously refine processes, templates, and workflows to improve marketing efficiency Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields - 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or tech startups with hands-on exposure to campaign/project execution - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar - Process-driven mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment,
